Volleyball MVPs Rewarded

At the conclusion of the 2024 St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) Volleyball Association’s National Championships, on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Girls’ High School hard court, those who shone through above their teammates and opponents were justly rewarded.

Receiving the accolade of Most Valuable Player, the four recipients came from respective winning units.

Nayelli Fergus of Gremlins was voted the MVP in the Female B Division, with Unique Touch’s Zoran Cupid copping the award in the Male B Division.

As expected, it was the seasoned players who were identified in the Female A and Male A Divisions.

Nikita Campbell- Cumberbatch was the obvious choice as MVP in the Female A Division, and Ronaldo Franklyn in the Male A.

Campbell- Cumberbatch and Franklyn represented division winners, Gremlins and Country Roots, respectively.

The 2024 edition of the championships was making a return, none having taken place since 2022.
