Jayden George set for Canada Squash tourney

St Vincent and the Grenadines’ top Junior Squash player, Jayden George, will compete in the First Canadian Junior Squash Open tournament.

Set for December 7-10, 2024, at the Mark Sachvie Squash Centre at the Club at White Oaks, Ontario, Canada, the tournament is considered the most prestigious international junior event on the Canadian Squash calendar.

George is the current Junior Caribbean Area Squash Association (CASA) Boys Under -15 champion, but will compete in the Under-17 age group. Despite the expected tough competition, George sees the Canada outing as good preparation for Junior CASA, 2025, set for the Cayman Islands.

The most decorated Junior Squash player for St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), George has four CASA titles to his name.

He won the Under-11 in 2019; the Under-13 in 2022; and took the Under-15 in 2023 and 2024.
