TBPO Softball Cricket moving on

Another five matches were contested in National Lotteries Authority TBPO competition at the Dauphine Playing Field on Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3, 2024.

On Saturday, Bank of SVG All Stars defeated East Kingstown by 38 runs.

All Stars made 188 all out in 16.3 overs. Kelique Samuel- 56, Godwin John 44. Bowling for East Kingstown, Andrew Glasgow had 3 for 34, and Kevin Jack 2 for 29

In reply, East Kingstown made 150 all out in 15.4 overs. Andrew Glasgow hit 84; and Nyron Da Souza with 3 wickets for 28; Kody Horne 2 for 26, were All Stars’ most successful bowlers.

Then, Young Stallion saw off Older Boys by 11 runs. Older Boys made 94 for 3 in 15 overs. Joel Patterson hit 38, as Roneke James picked up 2 for 16.

Young Stallions responded with 97 for 2 in 9.2 overs. Tilron Harry scored 56.

On Sunday, AIA Reload won by 127 runs over Hill Top. AIA Reload scored 216 all out in 19.1 overs. Jerando Jardine hit 64; Lesroy Richards, 43; and Raffique Sayers, 29.

Devon Mc Fee grabbed 2 for 20 and Jamar Payne 2 for 47 for Hill Top whose reply was 89 all out in

15.1 overs. Raheem Jacobs scored 26. For AIA Reload, Romel Ollivierre grabbed 2 for 9; and Jerando Jardine 2 for 20.

Gomea Bombers won by default from New Level; and, Sion Hill Tallawah won by 80 runs over Dauphine United .

Tallawahs scored 148 for 5 in 17 overs. Shamic Roberts made 78 not out and Oniel Endeavor, 23 not out.

Bowling for Dauphine United, Leo Williams bagged 4 for 48. Dauphine United responded with 68 all out in 13.3 overs. Teroy Roberts took 3 for 17; Shamic Roberts 2 for 13; and Alex Roberts 2 for 25.
