Trio for World Athletics Under-20 Championships

The trio of Keo Davis, Devonric Mack and Tyhra Charles, will represent St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), at the XX World Athletics Under-20 Championships in Lima, Peru, from today, August 27 to 31, 2024.

Davis and Mack will compete in the Men’s 200m, while Charles is listed in the Women’s 400m.

It will be Charles who will first take to the track at the Estadio Atletico de la Villa Deportiva Nacional on August 28, with both Davis and Mack running on August 29.

The three members of the Vincentian team sealed their places for the Under-20 Championships when they met the minimum qualifying standards set by World Athletics.

The management team travelling with the SVG contingent comprises Chester Morgan, coach; and Delcia Stay-Layne, manager.
