Tennis Federation Under-18 winners enhance their reputation

The winners of the International Tennis Federation( ITF) National Lotteries Authority Under-18 championships, all gained valuable ranking points as they made good use of the National Tennis Centre at Villa from August 4 to 9, 2024 in the first of back to back Championships. Taking the Girls Singles title was USA”s Thea Latak, who registered a 3/6, 6/, 6/2, win over Iana Kravchenkova of Russia.

Latak though teamed up with Kravchenkova to boss the Doubles, winning 6/4, 6/3, over the combination of Canadian Isabella Bawa and Myla Stoll of the USA.

In the Boys segment, the Singles champion was Alex Huszar of Austria, who defeated Paul Croisy of France, 6/1, 6/4 in the title match.

Champing the Boys Doubles was the pair of Great Britain”s Ron Roopesh and Maximillan Sartz Lunde of Norway, who saw off Croisy and Loic Moreau of Martinique, 6/2, 6/4 in the final.

The National Tennis Centre hosted the second Under 18 Championships from August 12 to 16, 2024.
