SVGFF exco engaged in mentorship training

The executive members of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF), were engaged in a two- day Mentorship Programme last Saturday and Sunday at the Conference Room of Hotel Alexandrina.

Focussing on improving the overall structure of the sport here in St Vincent and the Grenadines, the two -day exercise sought to provide the executive with additional administrative guidance.

Facilitators, Howard Mc Intosh and Anton Sealey presented on a number of topics, including Leadership and Governance; the Role of the Executive Council; Statues; Strategic Planning; Operational Structure, as well as Crisis Management.

Mc Intosh, a Jamaican is the Head of One Concacaf & Caribbean Projects, while Sealey is the President of the Bahamas Football Association.

And the General Secretary of the SVGFF, Devron E Poyer made a presentation on the Organisational Structure and the Strategic Plan of the Federation.
