The St Vincent and the Grenadines Under-20 male team is into an advanced stage of preparation ahead of the CONCACAF qualifiers next month in the Dominican Republic.

The squad, which is in training, is expected to be reduced this weekend, as they enter into a camp from this weekend at the Technical Centre at Brighton.

Apart from bettering their tactical skills, the players will be involved in a series of intra-squad matches as well as matches against local club teams.

The Vincentians are drawn in Group C and will face Bermuda, Puerto Rico and Montserrat, for a place in the next round.

Coached by Bishon Williams, St Vincent and the Grenadines will open their quest on November 8 versus Puerto Rico and face Barbados on November 10. On November 12, St Vincent and the Grenadines entertain Bermuda and close off against Montserrat on November 14.

The Vincentian squad should include a few players who would have had some senior team experience.
