Bowling for Middlesex, Rashane Manning had 3 for 7 and Mark Audain â 3 for 20.
In reply, Middlesex took 13.3 overs to reach 110 for 4. Their successful run chase was driven by David Lewisâ 69 not out, in which he cracked five sixes and four fours.
Orlando Mofford, with 2 for 23, was Cavaliersâ lead bowler.
Also on Sunday at Marine Park B, another Vincy outfit â Imperial â faced Janoon.
Batting first, Janoon posted 218 for 8 from their 20 overs.
Qamar Abbas, with 55 from 15 balls and Syed Haider, 38 from 12 balls, were the main run getters. In reply, only Hyron Shallowâs score of 60 was of any significance, as Imperial were knocked over for 113 all out.
The 40-over competition resumes this weekend.
The current standings show that three of the four Vincentian teams occupy the top three places, with Cavaliers first, Imperial second and Middlesex third.
Queensbury, the fourth Vincentian team, is in eighth place in the 10-team table.(RT)
