Winners of the Rose Place Soccer Competition

Winners of the Rose Place Soccer competition were on Saturday, March 26, awarded with their trophies.{{more}}

Taking home the trophy in the junior competition was Montrose FC, who edged past Saints by two goals to nil, in a thrilling encounter at the Rose Place Hard Court on Saturday, March 18.

Manchester United FC, took the third position.

In the senior competition, Highgrade Ballers nabbed the top spot by making light work of Skool Yard, three goals to one. Largo Heights strikers came in third.

Highgrade ballers said they are only looking to take the standard of football to a higher level, hence the name of their team. The team said they also want to expose the talent of youngsters in St Vincent through sports.
