Playing at the Arnos Vale One Playing Field, St. Vincent and the Grenadines batted first and made 120. Otis Matthews made 27. Chris Greenidge took 4 for 20, and Elton Cador, 3 for 20.

In response, the Grenadians cruised to 121, losing five wickets in the process.

Grenada, whose only hiccup was a 22 run loss to St. Lucia on Tuesday, and their performance was a big turn around, after finishing last in the 2007, played in Grenada.

And last year’s champion, Dominica slipped one place, as they docked in second.

The Dominicans recorded their fourth win on Wednesday, beating St. Lucia by 73 runs.

In 43.2 overs, the Dominicans posted 121. Captain Jerlani Robinson topscored with 30 and Aljai Liverpool made 22. Walter Emmanuel, 5 for 19, Carvis Robinson, 2 for 25, and Jamal Lesmond, 2 for 21.

St. Lucia, after being 36 for 1, was rooted for 48, undone bowling right arm spin of Briel Thomas, who had 6 for 10, on a low track, and Kimron George, 3 for 13.

St. Lucia, with three wins, finished third. (RT)
