The quality of the work from PSCS was always first class, says Dennis Gaymes
Dennis Gaymes is the proprietor of Gaymes Book Centre which he established in 2000. Prior to establishing the business, Dennis was employed elsewhere.
“When I was at Cable and Wireless and I couldn’t get my stuff typed, I had to turn to Professional Secretarial Services and they did my work for me, and some of the work which I couldn’t collect, I had to go to the church where Camille was going to collect the work. I had to provide a report the next day.” While it was a one-off service, Dennis says this showed “the extent to which they had gone to provide me with the report “. He found the staff was “very warm and responsive and always very cordial; the quality of the work was always first class”. Having received such excellent service, it was no wonder that Gaymes continued to use the services of Professional Secretarial and Consultancy Services in the early years of operating his business. “They were doing posters for us and also letters…Over those years the service was very consistent”.
Dennis still recalls the quality of the service he received even as he has built in-house capacity since computerizing Gaymes Book and has ceased to make use of the services of PSCS.
