New Front Desk Clerk Mellaine Abbey enjoying her ‘great experience’

Mellaine Abbey, who you will also encounter at the front desk, is a new member of staff having been with PSCS for only one month. However, she is happy with the tasks she performs as a Customer Service Representative.

“It’s a great experience, I have learnt a lot about- basically- customer service.” Her typing skills have definitely improved as well, and she has developed other skills and traits.

“It’s a healthy working environment and our manager is very God fearing. I have always wanted to work in a God-fearing work environment,” says Melanie whose previous work experience was for two weeks in a part-time position at another enterprise.
