SVGFF executive gives all clear for football activities

The executive of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football has given the green light for “leagues, clubs and private entities interested in the organising football related activities in the various communities”.

To this end, the SVGFF has indicated that the “community football” must be done during the months of September and October.

However, the SVGFF is warning prospective organisers that they must adhere to some procedures.

According to a release from the SVGFF, in announcing the recommencement of community football activities: “Be reminded that you are to engage the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation for approval and sanctioning and to seek also permission for the usage of the venue from the relevant authority”.

“Though we are elated to see football again in the communities, especially during a time where players are longing to take the field; there are protocols to be followed,” the release added.

The SVGFF has given a list of health guidelines which are to be followed at during staging at these community football activities.
