National first division cricket resumes Sunday

ONE FINALIST WILL be known this Sunday, while the other pending semi-finalist will be decided, when the National Lotteries Authority first division resumes.

The semi-final match-up pits Jules Anthony MSDA Northern Stars against Police One at the Cumberland Playing Field, while the outstanding quarter-final is set for the Park Hill Playing Field, and features Corea’s Distribution Belfongo versus Vee Jay’s Roof Top North Windward.

The winner of the semi-finals, will get a berth in the final. The winner of the quarter- finals, will go on to meet Keegan’s Bequia XI in the semi-finals.

No matches were played last Sunday because of precautions taken, as St Vincent and the Grenadines was expected to receive adverse weather conditions from Tropical Storm, Gonzalo.
