SVGBF in pursuit of DNSS

The St Vincent and the Grenadines Basketball Federation is working assiduously towards the development of a National Sports Structure (DNSS) programme.

To get the programme process going, a two-day introductory coaching session was held.

Last Friday saw the commencement of a World Association of Coaches (WAC) FIBA certified level one course at the Arnos Vale Netball Complex.

Helping the national basketball body in gaining the DNSS programme is FIBA technical advisor and instructor Nelson Isley.

The three -part visit of Isley was made possible through the National Olympic of St Vincent and the Grenadines, under the Olympic Solidarity funding facility.
