Reeves, Moffett retain inter-house road relay titles

Reeves House and Moffett House retained their titles in the Kingstown Co-operative Credit Union (KCCU) St. Grammar School and Girls’ High School Annual six-leg road relay on Tuesday.

Reeves House won in a time of 51 minutes, 37 seconds

In the Grammar School segment Reeves House won in a time of 51 minutes, 37 seconds, with Lopey House second in 52 minutes 05 seconds.

Third place was Crick House in  53 minutes 25 seconds , and Millar House finished in fourth place, clocking 61 minutes 57 seconds.

Moffett House won the Girls’ High School race in 45 minutes 05 seconds, to be followed by Headmistress House in 46 minutes 16 seconds.

Third was Grimble House in 47 minutes, and Staff House, in 49 minutes 09 seconds.

Ran off from the St. Vincent Grammar School, the athletes proceeded to Murray’s Road, after turning at the National Lotteries Authority Tennis Court.

Travelling along Murray’s Road, they made a right turn at the Sion Hill intersection, onto Cane Garden and Long Wall.

From there, they turned right Square Deal Shippers, another right at the Old JuC Building, turned left at the Ministry of Agriculture and finished at the Grammar School.
