Hyron Shallow slams first premier division century

HYRON SHALLOW struck the first century of the 2019 National Lotteries Authority Premier Division of the national cricket programme, on Saturday at the Sion Hill Playing Field.

Shallow’s knock of 102 propelled Team Rivals to 174/9 declared versus Guardian General Saints.

Bowling for Saints, Jeremy Haywood- 5/57 and Geron Wyllie- 2 /54.

In response, Saints – 106 all out. Alex Samuel- 40.

Olanzo Jackson had 4/ 21 and Roniel Jeffrey – 3/24, to be Team Rivals’ lead bowlers.

Rivals, batting a second time scored 77 all out; Lindon James – 30.

Geron Wyllie had the outstanding figures of 7/7.

Set 145 to win, Saints were dismissed for 124, after being 98/2, giving the new look Team Rivals the win by 21 runs.
