SVGSA to elect new president this Saturday

Kevin Hannaway is highly tipped to become the new president of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Squash Association (SVGSA).

This, as the association holds its annual general meeting from 3 pm, Saturday January 12, at the National Squash Centre, Paul’s Avenue.

Reports are that Hannaway is the front runner to take over from James Bentick, who has served in the post since 2015.

If voted president, Hannaway will have the added responsibility, as he is also the president of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Squash Association.

Election of a new president and officers to serve the association for the next year is one of the main agenda items.

Also on the agenda are the executive report as well as the financial report for the past year of operations of the SVGSA.
