Devron Poyer is SVGFF’s acting general secretary

Devron Poyer has been appointed as the general secretary ag of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation.

Poyer’s appointment took effect from last Monday. He replaces Raymond Trimmingham, who resigned in October last year.

Known for his work ethics and high level of proficiency, Poyer has been the go to person in the secretariat of the SVGFF for a number of years.

Serving as the SVGFF’s executive administrator since 2011, Poyer’s technical expertise has brought much credence to the operations of the secretariat, especially as it pertains to the various competitions under the aegis of the national football body.

Poyer, who also served on the executive of the Barrouallie Sports Association for many years, has played a leading role in the revival of the primary schools’ football competition.
