Petit Bordel teams take North Leeward football titles

The Petit Bordel footballers copped both the Junior and Senior Divisions of the 2017/18 Rudy’s Electrical North Leeward football league.

Petit Bordel Village won the Under-16 Division, with a 4-1 victory in kicks from the penalty spot over Fitz-Hughes, following a 1-1 draw also during regulation time at the Petit Bordel Playing Field.

Then, Peto FC clinched the senior title, as they defeated Keartons United 4-3 in kicks from the penalty spot, after the match ended in a one-all draw.

Damien Matthews had scored a free kick to give Peto the lead, but Chavel Cunningham equalized for Keartons United.

The awards ceremony will take place at a later date.
