GSS RBC Young Leaders 2017 Floodlight Football a success

GSS Young Leaders host successful five-a-side floodlight football competition The Georgetown Secondary School (GSS) Young Leaders hosted a successful floodlit small goal football competition cn Friday, March 10.

The event saw 10 teams participating, including large clubs SV United and Jebelle FC The competition also included a Young Leaders team. SV United won the event, defeating the Georgetown Police Squadron Eastern United 1-0.

Contributer Hairoun Brewery donated cash, which was used to cover the PA system. They also donated several cases of Vita Malt and other drinks on concessionary terms. The North East League Football Federation also donated medals, trophies, bibs and balls.
