Francis-Crick and Williams above them all again
Ace goal shooter Skiddy Francis-Crick and Khadija Williams again were the top shooters in the 2015 Lime Vincy Upgrade National Netball Club Tournament. Francis-Crick was also the lead shooter in the individual shooting competition, as she registered 66 of her 77 attempts.{{more}}
Apart from Francis- Crick and Williams, other individuals prizes were dished out at last Thursdayâs closing ceremony.
Shakia Nedd of Turbo Plus Maple was adjudged the Most Improved Player.
The best defender among the seniors was Merlene Charles of Star Girls, with Nia Fredericks of Turbo Plus Maple the recipient from the junior playersâ list.
It was a repeat for Fredericks, who copped the same award last year.
Taking the Best mid court player award was Ruth Ann Williams of Twilight Trading X- Ceed and the Shari Barbour of Star Girls was the junior category recipient.
In the attacking department, taking the senior division was Shanda Caine of Division Two league champions Hillview, with Prime Consulting 3 Jâs Valley Strikers, the rewardee for the juniors.
And the most valuable player of each of the competing teams in the four divisions were all acknowledged for their efforts.(RT)
