According to a release from the SVGCA, all matches were completed successfully, with very positive feedback from the players, WICB, and the ICC officials.

President Kishore Shallow expressed his satisfaction of the recent events hosted by the SVGCA. “I am elated at the outcome of the matches. The WICB has trusted SVG to host these two different series, and we have stepped up, not only as an executive, but as a country, and have even exceeded expectations. None of this would have been possible if weren’t for the spectators who journeyed to Arnos Vale. I am most grateful for their invaluable support,” Shallow said.

He went on further to commend his executive. “September has been an overwhelming month for this relatively new executive, and I must thank each of my executive members for accepting the challenge and delivering with exceptional quality,” the president humbly remarked.

The SVGCA has also just hosted the colourful Digicel Super 40 competition, which was won by Team Rivals. The associations’ next local assignment is the NLA Neil Williams T20, starting this upcoming weekend, and the SVGCA also hosts Barbados and the Windward Islands in the regional first class season in early December.

Special thanks were also conveyed to the National Sports Council, National Lotteries Authority, Digicel, Hairoun Brewery, and the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
