Tennis girls reign supreme at ITF tennis, Barbados

After one week of intense tennis in Barbados, in which nine regional countries participated, St Vincent and the Grenadines took it all in the singles and doubles categories.{{more}}

Players gathered to watch an all-Vincy finals, as Gabrielle Benn defeated Alexi Humphrey in the girls singles 6-4, 6-2 and in the doubles Anastacia White and Alexi Humphrey were defeated by Amarlia and Gabrielle Benn 6-3,6-4.

The girls are now in Trinidad participating in the under 14 girls International Tennis Federation (ITF) tournament. They are coached by Kibijah King and are accompanied by their parents to the events.

The ITF tournament ends tomorrow.
