The feature matches saw reversed results for both defending champions.

Dr J.P. Eustace Memorial stopped 2012 Under-16 winners St Vincent Grammar School 2- nil.

J.P. Eustace Memorial’s goals came from Kaysen Antoine and Romano Bushay .

The win earned the school the right to hold the Tyrone “Tweety” Spence trophy until next year’s competition.

In the senior Under-21, which pitted the 2012 winning school, Bethel High, against the Central Leeward Secondary, Central Leeward edged them out one-nil, thanks to a Kyle Edwards’ strike.

Central Leeward Secondary took possession of the Sylvester “Scobie” Taylor trophy, the symbol of supremacy for the senior opening match.

Nineteen schools are contesting honours in the Under-16 Division and twenty in the Under-21.

Matches are carded for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The fields listed to host the matches are the Sion Hill Playing Field, the Campden Park Playing Field, the Layou Playing Field, the Brighton Playing Field and the Clive Tannis Playing Field in Bequia.(RT)
