X-Cel Tennis Academy sends debutants on ITF St Lucia junior circuit
Six junior tennis players from the X- Cel Tennis Academy journey to St Lucia this weekend to be part of the Coca Cola ITF Tournament there.{{more}}
And for the six, it is their first time contesting in the tournament. The juniors making the trip comprise four females and two males.
Alexi Humphrey, Anastacia White, Amarlia and Gabrielle Benn will contest the GirlsâUnder-14, with Miguel Francis and Taj Ballantyne entered in the Boysâ Under-14.
The team is being accompanied by coach Kebakjah King, while four parents and two children travel as camp followers.
Spokesperson for the X- Cel Tennis Academy Samantha Goodluck said she was grateful to those businesses and individuals who assisted them in one way or the other in realizing the young playersâ trip.
Goodluck said that along with the sponsors, X Cel Tennis Academy held fund-raising events, and she thanked those who supported the ventures.
