But hoping to scramble the signal of NBC Radio will be the potent RSVG Police team.

The two reached the finals after stopping their opponents in last Saturday’s semi-finals, also played at the Kingstown Netball Centre.

NBC outscored Unicom Courts Power House in the first of the double header.

Courts led the first quarter 10-9, but NBC rebounded to take the second quarter 21-20, the third quarter, 32-28, and closed off the match 45-37.

For the defending champions, Skiddy Francis-Crick poured in all 45 goals from 47 attempts and Dellarice Duncan missed the one goal she attempted.

For Courts, Floret Byron was the hot hand, as she converted 29 from 30 and Rose Marie McRee had 8 from 12.

Then, RSVG Police locked away the Ministry of Education. The police officers led in all quarters: 8-7, 17-15, 25-18 and 36-28.

Sylvonne Olliver netted 23 of her 35 attempts and Michelle Francis scored 13 of her 15 tries for the winners.

For the Ministry of Education outfit, Nicole Sandy-Stevenson succeeded in 26 of her 34 attempts, while Cheryl Alexander managed 2 from her 8 attempts.

The presentation ceremony will take place after the finals tomorrow. (RT)
