Milo Junior Tennis Tournament opens Monday

The Milo Grassroot Tennis Club (GTC) Junior Summer Tennis Tournament serves off on Monday at the Haddon Tennis courts at Murray’s Road.{{more}}

This is the third summer tennis tournament put on by the GTC and the second edition sponsored by Milo.

Close to 100 players are expected to pit their skills in the tournament, which concludes on August 4.

Competition in the GTC tournament will be in the Under-6, Under-8, Under-10, Under-12 and Under-14 divisions, for both males and females.

Many of the participants in the upper age groups will be using the tournament to tune up for the International Tennis Federation Under-14 and Under-18 tournament slated for the National Tennis Centre August 13 to 18.
