Also advancing to the semi finals was Police Two which beat Victors Two by 52 runs.

Playing at the Arnos Vale Two on Saturday morning, Police Two scored 138 for 9 from 18 overs, as the match was reduced because of rain; Mc Leon Williams struck 37 and Salvan Browne 33.

Damal Phillips, 4 for 32, Javon Samuel, 2 for 12, and Dawnley Grant, 2 for 28, were Victors Two’s best bowlers.

In reply, Victors Two were sent packing for 86 off 15.5-overs, led by 47 from Lawrence Shoy. Medium fast bowler Osrick James grabbed 5 for 16, and Rolando Wright finished 2 for 13 bowling for Police Two.

The other two scheduled quarter-final matches involving OLA Boutique Radcliffe against Owia Stars and Victors One versus ASCO at the London Playing Field were affected because of heavy rain in the North Windward area.

Both matches have been re-scheduled for this weekend at the Arnos Vale Two Playing Field. (RT)
