But last Saturday, the two were achieved in one innings in the National Lotteries Authority Neil Williams T/20 Competition at Arnos Vale Two.

Inking that piece of history were OLA Boutique bowlers Andy Harper and Wesrick Straugh against Police One.

Harper was first up front in the innings, as he finished with 3 for 7, with Straugh accounting for the last four dismissals, as he got two bowled and two stumped in successive deliveries. Straugh’s figures were 4 for 18.

Their efforts helped Radcliffe dismiss Police One for 96 in 14.2 overs, as they marched to a 107 run win.

Trevor Bailey was Police One’s best batsman as he scored 26.

Radcliffe had batted first and posted 203 for 7 from their 20 overs, with Verbert King making 50, Lindon James, 32, and Rodney Lawrence, 28. Bowling for Police, Renrick Cato took 4 for 41 and Elgin Richards, 2 for 33.

Radcliffe returned the following day at Buccament and thrashed Ruddy’s Electrical Unique Warriors by 111, as they marched to their third successive win in this year’s competition.

Radcliffe pounded 226 for 3 from their 20 overs. Wayne Harper smashed 101 not out, plastered with 9 sixes and 4 fours; Lindon James hit 80, made up of 8 sixes and 3 fours.

Unique Warriors were bundled over for 115 in 19.4 overs. Leon Samuel hit 51 and Calvert Williams 23.

Andy Harper, continuing his form with the ball, picked 4 for 14, Richie Richards, 3 for 35, and Dyke Cato, 2 for 24. (RT)
