Ball Rollers take Mustique Football KO title

Basil’s Ball Rollers are the 2011 Mustique Knock- Out Football Champions after beating defending champions Lot 73 Strikers 2-1 in the final at the Mustique Playing Field on Sunday.{{more}}

Lindon Garrick netted both goals for Basil’s Ball Rollers, while Elvis Edwards scored the lone goal for Lot 73 Strikers.

The championship will shift to the Big Four League semi-final competition this weekend when Alumbrera Strikers play Sunrise Sharks on Saturday and Lot 73 Strikers will meet Basil’s Ball Rollers on Sunday.

Both semi-final matches are scheduled for the Mustique Playing Field and will kick-off at 4:30 pm. The league final is set for Sunday, March 4.
