Liverpool Football Academy holds coaching clinics

The Liverpool Football Academy located at the Buccament Bay Resort will hold two periods of coaching clinics, starting next Monday, July 25.{{more}}

The academy will host the first batch from July 25 to August 5, and the second will be from August 8 to 19.

The clinics, which will cater for sixty persons, are open to males and females from age 8 to 13 and will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Three ex Liverpool players in Don Hutchinson, Steve Staunton and Michael Thomas, as well as ex- Republic of Ireland international Andy Townsend, will be on hand to lend their expertise to the budding footballers.

The four will complement the local coaches attached to the academy, Roger Gurley, Ralph Stowe and Marlon James.

Persons wishing to be part of the camp can obtain the necessary registration forms from the local coaches, as well as from Synthec Internet Café in the Kenmars Building.
