Two Vincies on WICB high performance list

Vincentians Dellorn Johnson and Kieron Cottoy are part of the 15 member intake of the West Indies Cricket Board High Performance Center, which opened in Barbados last week Monday.{{more}}

Johnson, 21, is a left-hand bat, left-arm fast bowler, and was a member of the West Indies team to the ICC Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia in 2008. Johnson, who plays for OLA Boutique Radcliffe in the local RBTT Premier Division, made his first-class debut for the Windward Islands earlier this year.

Cottoy is a left-hand bat, a right-arm leg-spinner, and plays for Victors One in the local RBTT Premier Division.

Cottoy, 20, is a former captain of the Windward Islands Under-19 team and member of the St Vincent and Grenadines team. He was the leading wicket-taker in the 2008 West Indies Under-19 Tournament and earned the West Indies Players Association(WIPA) Under-19 Cricketer of the Year award for 2008.
