The students, teachers and some parents gathered at the school, where medals and trophies were distributed to the successful athletes of the games which took place on March 24 this year.

This year, Mckie House (red) came out on top of the points standings, and were followed by Bascombe (yellow) in second place, Nicholas (blue) and Mulraine (green) fourth.

McKie House’s Under 13 champions Tameicar Johnson and Nathaniel Carrington were also named Victrix and Victor Ludorum, respectively.

They received the LIME sponsored challenge trophy from LIME representative Kim Drakes.

Other individual winners included Annecia Richards and Jesse Roberts of Mulraine House as under-9 winners and Atteisha Cadogan and Zamarro Mofford, both of Mckie House, the under-11 winners.

By all accounts, the sports day, which saw the majority of the 232 students at the school competing, was keenly contested.(JJ)
