The National Masters Cricket Competition is gaining momentum.

St.Vincent Cooperative Bank P’tani Masters scored 137 for 8. Jerome Samuel hit 29 and Winston Campbell 21. Computec Belfongo Masters responded with 138 for 4. Cleus Robinson hit 9 sixes in scoring 97 not out. Michael Jack and Clayton Burgin grabbed two wickets each.

North Leeward Masters piled up 231 for 4, with Orville Franklyn hitting 101, Ellsworth Williams, 39, and Kenneth Williams, 39 not out.

Barrouallie Masters team was restricted to 149 for 8.

Kenneth Douglas topscored with 61, Nigel Frederick, 25, Chester Hendrickson, 21. Jeffrey White, Charles Burke and Cuthbert James all captured two wickets each.

C.K Greaves Vintage Arnos Vale Masters crawled to 84 for 9. Ken Hull, 17 not out, was the main contributor.

Selwyn Lavia, 3 for 12, while Winston Hoyte and Brenson John took two wickets each.

London Masters reached 85 for 3. John, 39 not out. Leslie Jackson, 2 for 23.

Meanwhile, Joyette’s Auto Slater Development Pastures Masters scored 91 for 7. Frederick Trimmingham struck 39 not out. Lenif Hector, 3 for 24. Ajuba Masters replied with 95 for 4. Conrad Ryan, 38 not out

Layou Masters was bowled out for 49. Joseph Medford grabbed 4 for 7, and former SVG off spinner Lynton Greaves took 3 for 23. Log Enterprises Kingstown Masters replied with 53 for 2. Bradley Brooker, 23 not out.(RT)
