Police arrests BMC in Bottlers First Division

There was one outright win and a win on first innings for Police One and Neil Williams Academy in the Bottlers First Division.

Police One crushed BMC Agencies Matthias United by an innings and 15 runs. Matthias United first innings stopped at 94. Brenton Smith had a handful of wickets, 5 for 41 and Parnell Browne, 3 for 21.{{more}}

In reply, Police declared at 205 for 8. Larry Adams, 45, and Gerald Gould, 40, as Jawanza Young snared 6 for 54.

Matthias United made 96, batting a second time. Marcus Mc Coy made 30. Smith again was the top bowler with 4 for 32 and Wendell Corridon, 3 for 23.

Neil Williams Academy totalled 227, with Joneil Neil 51, Andre Baptiste and Zane Edwards both hitting 38. Andy Harper, 3 for 54, and Paul Harry, 2 for 59.

Moses Douglas Radcliffe Two in response made 206. Kareem Peters, 63 not out, and Harper 28. Edwards, 3 for 38, and Gabriel Kirby, 2 for 22, bowling for the Academy.

Allandee Ballantyne 80 and Devane Warner, 28, as the Academy was 143 for 5, in its second innings. (RT)
