The appearance by the schoolboys has always been an exciting part of the show.

Among those registered for the championship are Godfrey Thomas, Caswell Dorset, Vibert Williams, Kenneth Tittle, Edmond Stephens, Carlos Tyrell, Joel Fredericks, Edward Layne, Kenville Spring, Don Ryan, Glaston Pilgrim, Racquel Samuel, Cheliste Rogers and Stacy Patterson.

Whatever happens in the pose down, there would be a new Mr. SVG as current titleholder Garvin Phillips has migrated.

However, there is heightened interest in the competition as the championship is a qualifier to the Central America and Caribbean Games scheduled for Jamaica September 25 to October 2.

Additionally, sport lovers would be entertained by guest posers Lawrence ‘The Beast’ Marshall, an International Federation of Body-building Professional, and Candice Carr, Miss Eastern Caribbean.

There would also be performances from Shaunnelle McKenzie, and La Gracia Dancers.
