Ajuba One earned the last semifinal spot with an eight-wicket win over Smokey last Sunday. Ajuba One were steered to their spot by Trevor Clarke 74 not out. He guided his team to 129 for 2 off 27 overs, in reply to Smokey’s 128 all out off 30 overs.

Johnny Hendrickson, 41, Darren Louie, 29 and Vivian Caesar, 26, were among the runs.

Morant Gould, 6 for 32, was the destroyer of the Smokey innings.

Peto Stars beat Ajuba Two, Enforcers dismissed last year’s champion D’Affairs, and Troumaca disposed of Somerset to advance to the semis.

Eleven teams in two Zones registered for the tournament, which began early April.

The top four teams in both Zones qualified for quarterfinal matches.
