Bequia ballers return from Trinidad tour

Craig Sam who chalked up 30 points was the All-Starsâ leading player from a feature match during the opening of the Port of Spain North Zone Championships at which secretary general of the Caribbean Confederation, Sabrina Mitchell, gave a welcome address.
On Saturday, May 7, at the Maloney Indoor Arena in Arima, Maloney pacers defeated Bequia 59 to 66.
The following day 8 IPSC Warriors defeated Bequia 56 to 54 at the International School Indoor Arena
The contingent to Trinidad comprised 21 persons including 12 players, head coach Junior Sutton, manager Sabrina Mitchell, referee Shem Ollivierre trainer Anthony Frederick, executive member Anthony Tannis and supporters.
