Rotaract Club of Kingstown marks 21 years

Message from the Rotaracts

16.MAR.07

On March 14, 1986 the Rotaract Club of Kingstown, a member of the Rotary family was chartered. Since our charter, we have continued with our commitment in giving freely of our personal resources, for the upliftment of the less fortunate within our societies through various avenues.

The Rotaract Club of Kingstown is a voluntary organization comprised of young men and women between the ages of 18 and 30 years. This organisation is sponsored by the Rotary Club of St. Vincent and forms part of the wider body, which incorporates the Rotary Club of St. Vincent South, Inner Wheel Club and the Interact Clubs.{{more}}

The Club has a membership of some 18 persons and operates with the motto “Fellowship through Service”.

We are an organization that is geared toward helping the less fortunate persons in our community.

The Rotaract Club of Kingstown forms part of a wider family which stretches from Suriname in the South to St. Kitts in the North and includes Barbados.

The club is also responsible for the Rotaract Club of Kingstown Spelling B Competition, which is held annually and incorporates all primary Schools in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The members of the Rotaract Club of Kingstown believe that they can and do make a difference to the needy and destitute in our various communities.

We take this opportunity to thank the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines for their support over

the past years and ask that they continue to support the Rotaract club of Kingstown as we in turn offer support to the poor and needy.
