SVG attends 1st Tourism Human Resource conference

This country was represented at the first Tourism Human Resource Conference organized by the Caribbean Tourism Organization.

Tourism Planner Faylene Findlay-Scrubb attended the Tourism Human Resource Conference in Puerto Rico, from May 22-26. {{more}}The Conference was held under the theme ”Raising Standards and Organizational Effectiveness in the Tourism Workplace” at the International School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Issues addressed at the Conference included trends in human capital management and development, building a quality performance system in the hospitality company, empowering you and your organization to produce extraordinary results and good human resource practices in the Caribbean. The Conference brought together Educators, Trainers, Human Resource Managers and other tourism personnel from the CTO’s 32 member countries.
