How has COVID-19 has affected use of psychoactive substances?
The COVID-19 pandemic presents a worldwide challenge, especially to our health system and various aspects of our lives.
To better understand how COVID-19 and the steps taken to control the spread of the disease affect the use of drugs, alcohol and other substances, the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD), has proposed the implementation of an online survey in the Organisation of the American States (OAS) countries.
The collection of data for the study will be done through a confidential and anonymous self-administered questionnaire. The information provided will only be used to understand how different groups of people who use psychoactive substances have been affected by the restrictions under the current health emergency triggered by COVID-19.
This survey is voluntary, and you must be 18 years or older if you decide to participate.
