Credit Union installs traffic mirror at Cedars

A traffic mirror was installed on April 24 in the community of Cedars by the St Vincent and the Grenadines Teachers Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (SVGTCCU) in conjunction with the Traffic Department of the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF).

The current access to the Windward Highway from the Development was deemed to be dangerous, due to poor visibly of the oncoming traffic, a release from the SVGTCCU said.

“Therefore, the installation of the mirror was necessary to ensure drivers approaching the Windward Highway from the Cedars Residential Development have better visibly of the oncoming traffic.

“This new traffic mirror will not only serve the residents of the Development but it will allow all motorists driving in that area to drive with more confidence knowing that the danger associated with the poor visibility of the traffic has been eliminated,” the release said.
