Youngsters charged for allegedly wounding man

A student and a juvenile, both of Green Hill, were on April 30, 2020 arrested and jointly charged with the offence of wounding.

According to investigations, Lee Mervyn Slater, a 19-year-old student and the juvenile allegedly wounded a 46-year-old gardener of the same address by stabbing him about his body with an unknown object.

The incident is alleged to have occurred on August 16, 2019 at Green Hill.

Both accused are expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court to answer the charges.
