SVGCC holds Christmas party for 35 children

The SVGCC, Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies (DASGS) Student Council body held a Christmas party for 35 children from the Calliaqua Anglican School and from the Calliaqua community on December 20, 2019, at the Villa Campus. 

 Children from the Community were treated to gifts, games, rides and snacks organised by the council, with the assistance from members of the business community. President of the the DASGS Student Council, Lesha Richardson expressed her sincere gratitude to all sponsors who made the event a success, as well as the hard working members of the Student Council Executive. The council expressed a special thank you to: Dennis Gaymes – (Gaymes BookStore); Jax Enterprises; Bugdmart; National Lotteries Authority; Bridgette O’Garro; Philips Bakery; Warren Knights; Zanne’s Yummy Delights; Laura’s Catering; Niesha (ex council member); Santa and his helpers and The Prop Shop.
