Social Workers Association SVG to be re-established

The Social Workers Association of St Vincent and the Grenadines (SWASVG) has announced that after years of inactivity, efforts are being made to re-establish the organization.

A release from Roselle Solomon, interim chairman said “we are currently in the process of reestablishing the organization, as a vibrant and effective partner for the development of the profession and the holistic enhancement of citizens in St Vincent and the Grenadines.

“To this date an Interim Executive committee has been formed to steer and manage the affairs of the association until fully registered. We are therefore, inviting all Social Workers to join. We are looking forward to enact change and to work with all stakeholders. We can be contacted at svgsocialworkers@gmail.com.”
