CIC makes donation to Canouan school

The Canouan Island Council (CIC) handed over some items to the Canouan Secondary School earlier this week.

The items included clocks, garbage bins and a microwave. The President of the CIC, Albert Ollivierre handed over the items to the school and said that he hopes they assist the day to day running of the institution.

He also urged the students to make full use of the opportunity given to them being the first students from the island to attend the school. The Canouan Secondary School opened its doors in September of this year.
