What makes the female run?

EDITOR: Since we claim to be a member of the British Commonwealth maintaining our status as followers of the rich tradition of Western Democracies, the way we conduct our parliament should reflect this. Wikipedia gives us an insight into the role of the Speaker and we cannot expect less of ours:

The Speaker of the House of Commons is the chief officer and highest authority of the House of Commons, the lower house and primary chamber of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. [3] The current Speaker, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, was elected Speaker on 4 November 2019, having unanimously been re-elected after the 2019 general election.[4] The Speaker presides over the House’s debates, determining which members may speak and which amendments are selected for consideration. The Speaker is also responsible for maintaining order during debate, and may punish members who break the rules of the House. Speakers remain strictly non-partisan and renounce all affiliation with their former political parties when taking office and afterwards. The Speaker does not take part in debate or vote (except to break ties; and even then, the convention is that the Speaker casts the tie-breaking vote according to Speaker Denison’s rule, which results either in further debate or a vote for the status quo.
Our own constitution declares:

(2) a. If notice in writing is given to the Speaker signed by not less than three Representatives, of a motion of no-confidence in the Government, the Speaker shall- i) if the House is then sitting or has been summoned to meet within five days, cause the motion to be considered by the House within seven days of the notice; or ii) if the House is not then sitting and has not been so summoned (and notwithstanding that Parliament may be prorogued) summon the House to meet within fourteen days of the notice and cause the motion to be considered at that meeting: Provided that if the House does not, within twenty-one days of the notice, meet and dispose of the motion, the Clerk of the House shall summon a special meeting of the House at such time and place as he may specify for the purpose of debating and disposing of the motion. b. The provisions of paragraph (a.) of this subsection shall be without prejudice to the power of the House to provide by its rules of procedure that notice of a motion of no-confidence in the Government may be given by any member of the House or the power of the House to debate and dispose of such a motion at any sitting of the House.

Madam speaker, our history of All Male Speakers of our parliament have shown inconsistent performances among some of them in terms of fairness over the years.

Children stories tell us what boys and girls are made of. We look forward to you presiding with integrity, fairness, and in the most ethical manner. We know the reputation of the politicians that you have to manage. What you do will determine whether we have a Mauby Shop, Rum Shop or a Parliament. “What will you gain, if you own the whole world, but destroy yourself?” Mark 8:36
