Separated by obedience to the Word

Separated by obedience to the Word

EDITOR: Today, there are hundreds of different religious organizations in existence in our country and around the world. Each one believes that they are the true Body of the Messiah that will meet the Saviour in the air when He returns. However, someone must be right, and someone has to be wrong. Not all of these groups, each one teaching a different doctrine, can fulfill the predictions of the Saviour’s true bride. Our Heavenly Father has prescribed a definite way which leads to Him, but few people wish to humble themselves to follow it.

How does nominal, contemporary Chr-stianity compare to the true Body of the Messiah? Can you say that this is the group of people which the Saviour asked the Father to keep as one, even as the Messiah and the Father are in one accord, John 17: 21–23? If each of these groups was following the true Holy Spirit, they would all be in one accord: one in doctrine and perfect in unity.

Trying to reform and set themselves apart from Roman Catholicism in some way, they have embarked down the dead-end pathway of tradition. In referring to the traditions of Israel, Paul says, “For I bear them witness that they have a ZEAL for Yahweh, but not according to KNOWLEDGE. For being IGNORANT of Yahweh’s righteousness, and seeking to ESTABLISH THEIR OWN, they did not SUBJECT themselves to the righteousness of Yahweh,” Romans 10:2-3.

How can you recognize the True Worshippers today? Do you know that the inspired Scriptures describe them accurately? They are living a sanctified, separated life. They are doing things scripturally, not traditionally.

The book of Revelation describes the True worshippers twice, in such a distinct and crystal – clear manner, that you cannot help but recognize them. Turn to revelation 12:17 — “And the dragon became exceeding angry with the woman, and went away to make war with the remnant of her seed, that keep the commandments of Yahweh, and hold the testimony of Yahshua.” The second description is found in Revelation 14:12. The time setting is that of the “Mark of the Beast.” We read “Here is the patience of the saints; They that keep the commandments of Yahweh, and the faith of Yahshua.”

Now, look carefully around yourself. Look with a sincere logical scrutiny at your religious denomination. Are they the ones who are described in these two Scriptures? Are you keeping the commandments of Yahweh, and, at the same time holding fast to the Faith in the Messiah and trusting in His shed blood?

Yes, most ministers of nominal Churchianity give lip service to the keeping of the commandments … until you get specific as to why they are violating some of them. How many groups today are obedient to the first and third commandments that legislate on the NAME; which our Heavenly Father requires that we use for our worship of Him. This name is Yahweh. The fourth commandment (the Sabbath) is also being violated. Some referred to the Sabbath as “Jewish Sabbath.” However, the Bible never once, anywhere, call the Sabbath “Jewish”.

Exodus 31:12-18 described the Sabbath as a perpetual Covenant and a sign between Yahweh and His people. The Sabbath is also found in many places in the New Testament. For example Hebrews 4:9 states “There remains therefore a Sabbath rest for the people of Yahweh.”

Yahweh wants you to have everlasting life. Yahshua states in Matthew 19:17 “…if you would enter into life, keep the commandments.” The Assemblies of Yahweh is encouraging you to keep the commandments of Yahweh, as stated in the Bible and reject dead traditional religion and enter a new era of life and joy.
