Danger! Monitor Your Kids’ Internet Use!

EDITOR: The Devil has another scheme through which he tries to harm and destroy children. He hates children! Matthew 2:16. In recent times there was an online popular game has been showing youths how to kill themselves. Therefore, it is VERY IMPORTANT and URGENT that parents and guardians seriously monitor their children’s use of the internet.

Since Proverbs 22:15 states that “foolishness is bound in the heart of a child,” parents and guardians must apply “the rod of correction,” speaking to their children NOW and letting them know that it is WRONG for them to take their own lives. No matter who tell them to do so, either face to face, online, or otherwise, they must NEVER listen to such evil advice! Let your children know that Jehovah God, who gave them life, wants them to keep alive. Tell them that Life is a precious gift from God and that he will NOT be pleased if they take their own lives or the lives of others. Psalm 36:9; Psalm 83:18.  

Tell children that they must NOT play video games that encourages them to kill themselves. Such videos are really from Satan, the worst enemy of God and humans. Revelation 12:9, 12. Remember too, that Jehovah sent His Son Jesus to die for our sins, so we can get EVERLASTING LIFE. Luke 1:32; John 3:16; Romans 5:8. Death is an enemy, not a friend. 1 Corinthians 15:26. So God wants youths to value life, to desire to live. Parents and guardians, let children know they can approach you to talk about any problem they may face at school or elsewhere. Then do something worthwhile to help children with their problems – to bring relief. Children, enjoy your life as much as you can! Ecclesiastes 11: 9.
